Summary: Although the hotel is a little bit outside the city center, getting around was never an issue—taxis are easy to book through local apps and arrive quickly. The room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable place to unwind after exploring Sofia. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and highly professional. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a quiet, stylish stay with reliable service and easy access to transportation. Highly recommended.

Summary: Lovely stay with a friend. Great facilities. We are at the restaurant and it was good so would recommend. Hotel is a 15 min walk to the tram line and major shops. Spa area was nice,although the pool was cold and steam room mediocre. Would recommend
